Kent Tkach has spent more than 25 years in sales and business development across wealth management, most of it where technology meets advice. His roles at F2 Strategy, Practifi, Black Diamond, and Charles Schwab put him inside the custody, reporting, CRM, and consulting side of the business, and gave him a working knowledge of how advisors actually run their firms.

At Ducere, he leads advisor partnerships: identifying advisors whose approach to clients aligns with the firm’s, and supporting the relationships behind Ducere’s growth.

Outside the office, Kent golfs, spends time with his wife, Maura, and their daughters, Fiona and Emma, and follows his Chicago teams: the White Sox, Bears, and Bulls.
